The MegaPro Hook is forged from 40Cr alloy steel, selected for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and responsiveness to heat treatment. The I-beam hook body is FEA tested and engineered to remove unnecessary material while retaining maximum strength. A cast alloy hook gate keeps weight down without compromising durability.
This hook was 100% designed and engineered by Carbon Offroad’s in-house team. We 3D printed multiple prototypes, tested for form, function, and fit, and used Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to perfect the structure. The result is a hook that’s strong, functional, and ready for real-world use.
