• Adapter for the winch mounting plate: The bumper has an integrated beam that acts as an adapter for fitting our accessory winch mounting plate, product code WXB. This makes it easy to add a winch system to the vehicle with no further modification. The beam is not intended to be fitted or used with tow hitches.
• Precision machining: The product is first laser cut, then bent on a CNC press brake, and takes its final shape during hand finishing. This production method ensures a perfect fit and a high-quality finish.
• Powder coating: The standard finish is matt black RAL 9005 with a fine texture, which resists the weather. It also gives your vehicle a modern, elegant look.
• Shot blasting and epoxy primer: The bumper is shot blasted and coated with epoxy primer, which improves its resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The result is a product that is both good-looking and exceptionally durable.
• Stainless steel bolts: We use only stainless steel bolts to fit the bumper, which gives extra protection against corrosion and guarantees long service life with no rust marks.
• Universal mountings: The bumper has mounting holes for shackle mounts and two holes for a Hi-Lift jack, which adds to its functionality and makes it easier to use off road.
• Easy installation: All the parts needed for installation are included in the set, making fitting quick and trouble-free. The bumper is also easy to remove when it is not needed.
• Customisation options: The standard finish is matt black RAL 9005 with a fine texture, giving your vehicle a modern, elegant look. If you prefer a different colour, the bumper can be ordered in any colour from the RAL palette to match your style perfectly.
