Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Ridin Dirty online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Webshop”).

By placing an order in the Webshop, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.


1. Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information

1.1. These Terms apply to all legal relationships arising from the purchase of goods from the Webshop.

1.2. All prices displayed in the Webshop are in euros (€).

1.3. The prices displayed next to the products are subject to delivery charges.

1.4. Delivery fees depend on the buyer’s location and the selected delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed during checkout.

1.5. Information about the products is provided directly next to each product in the Webshop.

1.6. The Seller reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If a product price has been listed significantly below the market price due to a mistake, the Seller has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction.


2. Intended Use of Products (IMPORTANT)

  1. 2.1. Products sold in the Ridin Dirty e-shop are intended for off-road, sport, and recreational use.

    2.2. Some products may be legally installed on road vehicles subject to mandatory technical inspection approval in the buyer’s country of residence.

    2.3. Ridin Dirty shall not be liable for any damage, injury, loss, fines, or other consequences resulting from improper use or installation of the products.

    2.4. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all products are installed, used, and maintained in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.


3. Placing an Order

3.1. To order products, the desired items must be added to the shopping cart.

3.2. The customer must fill in the required data fields and select a suitable delivery method.

3.3. The total amount payable will then be displayed on screen.

3.4. Payments can be made securely via:

  • Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank
  • Visa / Mastercard card payments

NB! When paying via bank link, the customer must click “Return to Merchant” on the bank’s page.

3.5. Payments are processed by Montonio Finance. Payment takes place outside the Webshop in a secure payment environment – in the secure environment of the respective bank when paying by bank link, or in a secure card payment environment.

3.6. The Seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details.

3.7. The sales contract enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Webshop’s bank account.

3.8. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days from sending the notification.


4. Delivery

4.1. Goods are shipped within Europe.

4.2. The buyer can choose between the following delivery options:

  • Pick-up by agreement with the Seller
  • Parcel locker
  • Courier service

4.3. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are displayed during checkout.

4.4. Delivery times vary per product and are indicated on each product page.

4.5. Standard in-stock items: 2–14 business days.

4.6. Items sourced from international suppliers: 7–21 business days.

4.7. Special order and custom-made items: up to 45 calendar days.

4.8. If delivery is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, the buyer will be notified by email.

4.9. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 60 calendar days.

4.10. Ridin Dirty operates as a reseller. Some products are shipped directly from manufacturers or suppliers. In case of damage during transit, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods with photographic evidence to info@ridindirty.eu.


5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

5.1. After receiving the order, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Webshop within 14 days.

5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity (company).

5.3. To exercise the 14-day return right, the product may only be used to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be allowed in a physical store.

5.4. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary or shows signs of use or wear, the Webshop has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in value.

5.5. To return goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal statement by email to:

within 14 days of receiving the goods.

5.6. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within this period.

5.7. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except where the reason for return is that the product does not correspond to the order (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

5.8. The Webshop will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.

5.9. The Webshop may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or until the buyer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

5.10. If the buyer has chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery option offered by the Webshop, the Webshop is not required to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery cost.


6. Right to Submit Claims (Defects and Warranty)

6.1. The Webshop is liable for any non-conformity or defect of goods that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods.

6.2. During the first six months after delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The burden of proof to refute this presumption lies with the Webshop.

6.3. The Webshop is not liable for defects that have arisen after the goods were delivered to the buyer.

6.4. If the product purchased from the Webshop has defects for which the Webshop is responsible, The Webshop will coordinate warranty claims directly with the manufacturer/supplier on behalf of the buyer.

6.5. The Webshop will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

6.6. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The following are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage: damage caused by improper installation, off-road use, accidents, collisions, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

6.7. To submit a warranty claim, the buyer must provide photographic or video evidence of the defect and proof of purchase. Claims without sufficient documentation may not be processed.

6.8. Warranty is void if the product has been modified, repainted, welded, or otherwise altered after purchase.


7. Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

7.1. The Webshop processes the buyer’s personal data solely for the purpose of processing the order and delivering the goods.

7.2. Personal data may be transferred to companies providing transport services for the purpose of delivering goods.

7.3. The Webshop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has given consent.

7.4. The buyer may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by notifying the Webshop via email or by following the instructions in the promotional email.


8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Complaints regarding the Webshop must be sent to:

8.2. If the buyer and the Webshop are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.

8.3. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
